Boss gt3 multi effects pedal for bass?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any input on using a Boss GT3 for my bass. Would this hurt the pedal? Should I just purchase a separate multi effects unit designed specifically for bass? Does it matter?
Also anyone ever tried any zoom guitar effects products for the bass?

You will not hurt the pedal. Go ahead and try it. If you like it, use it

FWIW, I'd say most (if not all) bassists who use pedals have at least one that's technically a guitar pedal.
