can you tell me how it's done? like which mode you would use and which return you'd plug the other one in? thanks. the manual is a bit confusing

Yea that probably would have been helpful, sorry. You can do it a couple of ways, the best is to set it to A>B>Bypass, and plug each instrument into the returns of A and B, output goes into the regular output. This way you can set the level for each, so if one has a lower output or something you can compensate, and you can mute during the changeover. If you don't wnat the mute, set it to A>B, If you only want to control the gain on one channel, plug in to the input and A or B Return, then set it to A (or B) > Bypass. Basically, you can consider the sends as outputs and the returns as inputs.

This may be covered by the manual (which I haven't read) but you can also use it to switch between amps. The Sends are the outputs, plug your instrument into the input and set it the LS-2 to "Output Select".

I have an extra LS-2 and do this in my home practice setup so that I can switch between my bass amp and my guitar amp.
