Boss LS-2 users...

Quick question, can the boss ls-2 create and switch between two clean blended lines?

I'm looking to switch between line A (rat + clean signal) and line B (muff + clean signal).

I've read many reviews and the boss manuel but I'm still not sure: is this possible?

No. It only has two channels. If you fill them both up with pedals, then you cant use them both as a blend.

UNLESS you bypass the Muff (@ the Muff footswitch) in loop A while you run the Rat in loop B and bypass the Rat in B while you run the Muff in A.

There are other methods you could use that would require a LS-2 and some other switcher pedals, but that's kind of hard to describe and I couldn't find a ready made product to direct you to.

Badger schism or Wounded Paw super blender may be able to do some of what you want, but I don't think they have a switch that goes back and forth between channels.

Good Luck.

I figured as much. I would have to get a second blender pedal of sorts I think. Thanks for the response.

Actually, an LS-2 in the loop of another LS-2 should do the trick. The A loop LS-2 would switch between the Muff and Rat, and the B loop would be reserved for a clean blend.

Why I didn't think of that earlier is beyond me, but there it is.

That is what I do and it works perfectly.
