Boss ME-50B Advice
 

This is an odd one, I have a sound I want to replicate. Erm, please do not mock me, it's just the best example I can think of.

around 3:05ish is a drop with this wonderful sort of synth bass, dubstep styled. I want to replicate this, or get as close to possible but all I have is my Boss ME-50b (as well as a Boss MetalZone so distortion + synth is possible for me). I'm kind of useless with effects so appreciate any help.
