Boss ME-6B amp models - any good?

I'm looking to get back into a multieffects unit - mainly for the amp models and EQ. I don't care that much for effects. I've owned a Bass PODxt and the sounds were good, but it was pretty useless for live use without an additional pedal. I've had a Zoom B2.1U, and the sounds were pretty good there. How are the amp models on the ME-6B?

Perhaps you mean the GT-6b ?

IMHO, amp modelling never lived up to its hype. I tried the GT-6b and its modelling did not make me change my mind.
