Boss ME-6B vs. (Boss CS-3 & Boss NS-2)

Hello guys
I was thinking in buying a BOSS ME-6B mulfeffects. In order to do that, I have to sell these two pedals:
Boss CS-3 Compression Sustainer
Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor

I´m worried about the compression quallity and the noise of this multieffects. So... I gonna reach almost a good compression as Boss CS-3 and the NS-2???
