| Boss Pro SE-70 Question

1.) Can someone tell me; is the Boss Pro SE-70 a rack mount version of the Boss Gt6-B or higher quality effects?
2.) Anyone any experience of it - would you consider it very dated, or a worth while tool if you already have a GT6-B
