Boss TU-2

Is the Boss TU-2 a good tuner for bass? My guitar players use them but I play a 5 string in Bflat so I need it to pick up the lows. Im waiting to find a deal on a Korg DTR 1000. But is this a good tuner for now?

I think so and I think many others here will think so too.. The only kind-of down side is that they are a little slow to display the note, but that's really no big deal..

When you use the TU2 for Bb, where do you set the "Mode", since it doesn't show the "b" symbol in the display? We play 1/2 step down and to drop D I have to use the 12th fret harmonic to trick it into thinking it is the 2nd string in "Single flat bass" mode.
