Brown Dog into WMD Fatman Key/Env

Sign in to disble this ad
It might be a long shot, but I'm wondering if anyone has had these two pedals and used the env. out on the Brown Dog to the Key In on the Fatman.
In theory it seems like a perfect match as that seems to be what they were designed for. I know the Fatman Key In takes a perfectly normal audio input.
I'm not sure what 'format' the Brown Dog is sending from it's Envelope Out. Does any know, or has anyone tried linking these together?

If the answer is no, then when I get a chance I'll take the plunge! Hopefully it doesn't blow up my pedals
I won't get a chance to do this until after practice tonight.

Should work fine, the key input on the Fatman works on the same principal as the Chunk 00Funk. I did a similar thing with a Wooly Mammoth but using a jack splitter adaptor to feed the clean signal into the Fatman.
