BSIAB 2 - Mod for bass?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey everyone,
I'm just about to order parts for the BSIAB 2 pedal from General Guitar Gadgets and I'd like to get extra parts to add a switch for bass mode.

I know I have to change the input, output, and tone caps, but I need a little help figuring out which ones they are and what values they need to be changed to to work for bass.

I'm assuming C1 is the input cap, but is C10 the tone cap and C14 the output cap? I can build the thing, but I'm no electrician...

Here's the link to schem and wiring diagram: http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/...on/105-bsiab-2

C1 is your input and C14 is the output.
Start there with a toggle!

Thanks!

Do you have any suggested values to try?

.1uF for both. If it still cuts too many lows, try 1uF.
