Buzz when using Boss DD-3

Hey everyone. I recently bought a Boss DD-3 delay pedal and am having trouble with buzz coming from the amp when the pedal is not kicked on.

my set up right now is a geddy lee j-bass in to a bass IQ - Crybaby bass wah - MXR Bass D.I. - Boss DD-3 - Amp

If I put it in front of the MXR, it just doesn't work

Any suggestions? I'm just getting in to using effects, so I may be completely missing something!

If you think it's the DD-3, and if so any suggestions for a different pedal which won't have this buzz?

How are you powering it? Battery or adapter? If adapter, try it with just battery. Also, try it Bass>DD3>Amp to see if you have same issue.

tried that and now it's picking up fuzzy radio stations...any other ideas? thanks for the help

"Fuzzy radio stations" sounds like RF leakage. Try new, good quality cables and a fresh battery. If new cables don't kill the RF then take the unit back where you bought it and bitch like crazy. That's not right.

Yeah, I'd just bring that jawn back man. Also, just try bass -> good cables -> DD-3 -> good cables -> amp.
