Bypassing all amp/cab modeling in my Bass POD Pro(Non-XT)

Hey guys, I'm looking for a way to bypass all of the amp and cabinet modeling in my Bass POD Pro. All I want to get out of it is effects. Can somebody describe how to do this? Ideas?
