cables?

Sign in to disble this ad
what are you thoughts on george l's cables?

I like that they are small and flexible. I've spend a good amount of money on them but since i have a huge board im a little concerned if one of them craps out on me. Its nice getting to make your own cable length, but if the cable screws up and you have to cut it, you kinda got to start over since that was your desired length.

does anyone else have this problem? and what did you do?

Well that would be the same for any custom type cable, yeah?

And if its just a regular patch that goes bad, well, your up for a new one of those too anyway...

I've seen a couple of posts recently about the connections on George L's going bad.....I've not tried them myself but I've found it's cheaper to build your own soldered cables with Neutrik and G&H connectors on Canare cable.
