I tend not to run digital effects hotter than their rating unless I can get that information directly from the manufacturer. A POG2 costs enough that I wouldn't take that chance.

Since it's not like a dirt headroom thing, why do you want to run it at 12v?

I need a small (can't emphasis small enough) power supply that can power a POG2 and a TC Electronic Nova Modulator and the Modulator needs 12V. I already have a PP2+ powering the rest of my board but these two will need their own power and I only want to use the courtesy jack on the PP2+.

Have you inquired over at the EHX forums or contacted them directly?

Both the Manual and the pedal say 9v. I wouldn't chance it on an high dollar pedal such as the pog2
