can this fit in this rack case?

Furman power conditioner dimensions: (H x W x D): 1.75 x 19 x 10.5 in.

I'm worried that if I get that case the power conditioner will be sticking out (without the cases lids).

That site says the case has an 18" body depth - the depth dimension you quote for the Furman is 10.75".

it'll fit just fine. the conditioner is half the depth of the case.
