Can I find a use for my FCB1010 pedal board?

I bought it a few years ago with the idea using it with a band where we couldn't find a regular keys player or DJ. I wanted to use loops from ableton but I had to use it with a midiman and a laptop. It all got complicated and drummer couldn't work with it and I couldn't get the hang of tapping it ahead of the changes.

So it sat in the shed.

Before I Ebay it, is there a cool use for it (or the midiman)?

not without investing in something like a sampler to trigger loops. I used to do that in a an older project. worked great as long as the drummer has a clean monitor of the loop and can play to it competently.

I really loved the ability to assign each trigger to corespond with chaning channels on my amp all in one stomp by using the analog outputs.

if your not looking to invest in some other new outboard toys to use it with, your better off selling it.

Move to something like a Lexicon MX-200 for your PA and use it to control the 'verb/chorus/flange from stage

If you invest in a sampler that doesn't require a computer, you could have the functionality you originally wanted from FCB1010.
