| Can I make my Hartke VXL Attack true bypass?

I really like this pedal, but I don't like how the EQ is active in the off position! Any help would me much appreciated. I'm handy with a solder gun and have wired up plenty of basses before, just never got into pedals.
Also I can take pictures of the inside if that will help.
