I'm liking the individual sound clips I've heard online for each pedal, and I'm thinking about picking up all three. Has anybody combined the three into some synthy goodness? Are there better combinations at the same price point?

Depends on your goals for a synth sound. If you want something clean and "bubbly" then the M288 might very well help you in that area. If you want something gritty and thumpy then try the OC-2/3.
