Catalinbread Hyperpak I and II...any difference?

I can't locate any info if there is a difference between the 1st and 2nd versions. No info on Catalinbread's website either. I gave a listen to the samples here and could have a use for that. Does anyone have any input on the versions?

I think I found my answer. Version I has 1 knob & Version II has eh.. 2 knobs.

The 1st one is the same as the 2nd one but with the gain maxed and only has a volume knob, tonally they are the same.
