Cheap delay- is it really analog?

Just spotted this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ECHOLOGUE-Boutiq...DLWI%26ps%3D54
Can anyone comment on whether it's actually analog or merely *analog-voiced/toned/modelling*?

It's probably just a Carbon Copy clone- size size/knob layout, and about the same price.

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing it's analog.

You don't see many boutique builders using digital circuits.

And because it has a maximum of 600ms that also leads me to guess it's analog. (probably a clone of a popular bucket brigade analog delay)

Until someone can tell otherwise, I think it's fair to assume that that pedal is analog.

It's digital. They say they use the PT2399 chip, which is a digital delay.

BYOC 'clone' I'd bet- same chip (though maybe they all use that one..). Ive heard of striking similarities between the BYOC and Mad Professor Deep Blue Delay, among others.
