Cheap Multi/Unit with both Headphone output and Aux/CD input

Right now I have a B2 which I use for listening to my rig through headphones and such, but it doesn't have a CD input like my amp does.

I like the B2 sometimes since it's small/portable. I think the 2.1u has a CD in, but I don't need an EXP pedal or anything even remotely like it.

So ya, basically, anything cheap and small with headphone and CD in jacks?

I had a Pandora PX4D but sold it because I found it too noisy. It's acceptable for practice though, but I wouldn't use it live or for recording.. the newer model might be better though. If you're happy with your existing sounds then I'd check out the EA Earwig headphone amp.

Personally, I use a VT Bass (among other pedals) into a Radial JDI into a Behringer Micromon MA400 and it sounds great.

The Tascam Bass trainers don't have a line in but the MP3 version has room for about 90 songs or so.

Interesting. Checking out the earwig. I really only need something as a headphone amp for my FX board that can combine a stereo signal from a laptop/netbook/drum situation. If all else fails I can just power it with a onespot battery clip attached to a boss adaptor I have hanging around, even unless the dc jack is 2.4mm, or whatever the line 6 ones are. Since the dc jack is center +.

Hell, I just pulled the trigger on one

Since I'd be streaming "live" drum loops, mp3 storage is out. Cool idea tho

That's cool. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. But for the other guys looking for the earwig discount...Here it is, $30 less than what everyone else has paid:

Totally cool unit. Since setting up my bass for lower action and higher pups I don't even really need a volume boost for the Earwig, but I'm working on a plan for some tubish compression just so I don't blow out my headphones.

Another thing, the peeps at EA even sent me an e-mail to make sure I got the 'wig, and to see what I thought
