Cheapest 1-ch True Bypass Looper

Looking in to getting a one channel true bypass looper to switch between two sections of my effects chain. What's the cheapest option out there? Also, I'd prefer something with a fairly small footprint, and also a blue LED Somewhere in the ball park of $25 or less

This1smyne and loopmaster are good places to start. This1smyne's mini bypass box is $40. Loop Master's is $43. Both will let you choose what color LED.

Badger has a micro loop also, but I'm not sure of the price.

A used Boss LS-2 is always an option, I got mine for $40 flawless.

Then there is the DIY route. It's not a difficult project. If you can solder this could be the cheapest option. It's definitely the most fun and satisfying.

Thanks for the links! Still not exactly what I'm looking for. I wouldn't mind building everything myself. Only thing is, I don't know how I feel about drilling my own enclosure.

i have bought two, a one channel and a two channel, both on ebay, both for under $30 bucks. simple devices that do what i need them to.

+1 on the DIY route- if you have the slightest soldering ability, you can build one pretty easily.

The latest Stew-Mac bulletin has a feature DIY on how to roll your own.

I LOVE the tin can enclosure idea on the Stewmac guide.

I source pedalpartsplus.com for enclosures. For a few bucks they'll drill holes for you, to your specs. My first build I had them do the holes, but after that I tried it myself and it's not bad at all, aluminum is easy to work with.

Pencil mark the center of the hole. Clamp the enclosure to a table (if it's already painted use cardboard or something in between the clamp and the enclosure). Then just start with a pilot hole, then use progressively bigger bits. I use a step bit from Harbor Freight.
