I know the song is cheesy, but the tone and the playing are killer.

Recorded in 1980. Can anyone guess as to what chorus Phil Chen might be using on the Rod Stewart song, "Passion"?

I'm sure there was some production work done as well, but do you think it's chorus with some delay?

It is THE chorus tone I'm looking for so any ideas are much appreciated.
