Chorus pedals for High Output

Sign in to disble this ad
I tried a ehx neo clone but it distorted my tone coz of the high output from my bass.
What chorus pedals are good for hot output active basses?
I saw that the one from t-rex (sweeper) have a level knob with this dicription:

LEVEL: on the side of the unit helps you avoid overdrive distortion by
turning down the input signal. If the red overload light comes on, the
input level is too high.

Or do I need a blend knob? Or pedals with higher input impedance?
Anyone have a clue?

Thanks

Not sure what your price range is, but the Fulltone Choralflange has an adjustable trim pot as to not overload the circuit from hot pickups. It's also probably the best analog stereo chorus ever made.

It's been discontinued as Fulltone has been working for a loooong time and much anticipated CFV or chorus/flange/vibrato which has no release date as of current.

Trying ebay is your best bet. You can't go wrong with this pedal.
