I've been borrowing my guitarists CE-2B chorus for a bit and first off, that thing sounds great.
Problem is, he won't sell it to me. And they seem hard to find on eBay.
So, I've been looking at other choruses, but I really like the blend knob.
What other choruses are there out there that sound good and have a blend?
So far I've come up with the analogman mini chorus with the mix knob, and I know you're all going to say how great it sounds and all that, but I'm not sure if I can justify spending that much on a chorus. |

Although, I have to say that I like my mix set to stock location. (I think it's 50/50) Why do you need a mix knob? If you get a chorus and blend in more bass signal, the chorus sound is going to get buried in the mix.

It has a blend (labeled "Effect Level") and also has an adjustable crossover so you can put less chorus on the lower notes and more on the higher ones. They are abundant and you should be able to find one on eBay for bottom dollar. |

A lot of people slate the digitect bass stomp boxes, but the chorus is actually quite good.

The standard setting on all our chorus pedals is 50% wet and 50% dry, for a normal chorus sound. With a MIX control, you can tweek it from about 25% to 75% wet, by turning the knob or trim pot. At the center setting, it is the normal 50% sound. There is a notch detent on the external MIX KNOB at 12:00 so you can feel the stock setting. Mix adjusts only the mono output (stereo output is not affected). MIX is available externally only on the mini chorus, it is a standard internal trim pot on the bichorus and an option on the standard chorus." |
