Hello! I'm looking for the Chunk Brown Dog Gated Bass Fuzz schematics.
I can't find it anywhere on the Internet and I need it for a little D.I.Y. project.
Can anyone help please?

There is no reason they would have permitted the schematic to be distributed anywhere. If you want a variety of other fuzz schematics, check out diystompboxes.com, geofex, and all the other DIY sites. |

The FZ002 is now obsolete and has been superseded by the Brown Dog.
Thank you for your quick reply! |

Most bass fuzz pedals are analog with true bypass nowadays.
Are you looking specifically for a gated fuzz? Or more generally, a fuzz that works well on bass? Anything you're looking for in terms of tone?

I want a couple of fuzz sounds in just one stompbox, from mellow fuzz to muddy fuzz. That's all!

I'm not giving any links though. Shouldn't be too hard to find if you have a look around geofx and others.

If you publish schematics, even potentially inaccurately reverse-engineered schematics, you will significantly damage their business!

to the OP. i would suggest to either start saving.. or try looking at other fuzz schematics. fuzz boxes are pretty simple circuits in general. |

As for DIY projects check out the BYOC stuff and get a Triangle muff and a Swollen pickle, Tone bender, Fuzz face and put them in the same box that will give you everything you need without robbing someone elses hardwork.

BYOC is a pretty good start. begining out the Bazz Fuss is pretty neat and cheap/simple to build. |
