Chunk OS effect files available for download

Sign in to disble this ad
Chunk has made the factory preset effects available for download if you have registered your OS.

Just letting people know in case anyone else was an idiot like myself and erased them.

Also, kudos to Chunk for their rapid response to my e-mail.

I'm still trying to buy a sodding OS...

All my contacts in Australia are either holidaying in New Zealand, on tour, or not answering their emails. Suxx0r.

Heh. That might've been sort-of my fault. Sorry.

I made him an offer for his OS but he wasn't too keen, so I suggested he put a for-sale notice in his sig and join in the discussion over here to give it some exposure, but I think he misinterpreted what I was saying...

Hopefully they'll get that up soon.

I'm just glad for the effects file as it really sucked cause right when I was starting to get the interface down I accidentally erased the dang factory presets. Now I can use them to build new sounds off of and learn from instead of having to start from scratch every time.

Re-installing the firmware will reinstate the factory presets too, just make sure you save your presets beforehand.

So if all the patches on my pedal are saved, updating the firmware won't reset them?

I'm basically looking for an Australian intermediary to buy me an OS and ship it to the UK (because the Australian dealers can't sell to Europe, because Godlyke have distribution rights), but given that they're quite expensive I'm a bit reluctant to ask someone I don't know. I do know a few people over there but like I said they're all apparently busy with other stuff right now.

In the mean time GBP is diving in value rapidly!

Yes it will wipe them, that's why I said to save your presets.

I don't suppose it was you who went in there yesterday and bought it?
