ok its got the bassballs/vowel thing going on, what would be the closest thing to it these days? would it just be a bassballs? or is there something a little closer? im kinda thinking the Enigma, what do you guys think?

My Digitech RP100 has an effect like that ( called ay-ay or yoy-yoy, I forget) for way less coin. And its got a whole bunch of effects thrown in ( the distortions are quite nice, if noisy) for free.

well, i know that the Boss AW3 has a vowel-thing like you've just suggested. I'm not desparate for the effect, i just thought it was pretty cool. And theres only one multi-fx im looking at at the moment: the Line6 M13 (or the M9 when it comes out)

I'm a big fan of the Bassballs, it might be a bit limited but it's really cheap , whereas the Little Dipper looks way too expensive given the crappy demos we've seen so far. I'd still like to hear it used on bass though.

I've nearly pulled the trigger on one a couple times. The fact that it has a trimmer for the clean/wet blend makes it that much more enticing to me.
(or the M9 when it comes out)
