Companies that make Loopers/Switchers

Sign in to disble this ad
Can anyone give me some options on where to order loopers and switchers? Loop-Master seems like a good company but i just do not want to wait 8 weeks for an order. ive ordered from Loooper before and liked their stuff but i wasnt sure if that guy was still making stuff.

Any other options in terms of companies that make these kinda things? and with a better turn around than loop master? thanks.

DIY is very easy and addicting after you get a couple of projects under your belt.

Here is a DIY midi controlled switcher:

Honestly, DIY is the way to go. A basic looper/channel switcher would need 4 jacks and a DPDT switch. I think.

I was going to recommend This1smyne,...but it would appear that T1M is pretty backed up as well.

I've been looking at Loop Master. I saw a couple of TBers recommending them:

Loop-Master Pedals

I too recommend the DIY option. It's really quite easy. With any luck, I'll have my 4-channel looper finished tonight (minus the LEDs, because I need some resistors).

i feel bad, loop master seems like a company that makes great stuff. but 2 months is just too long for me to wait regardless of how good their stuff might be.

last time i ordered stuff from loooper i had it in a week so they will get my business before a company that makes me wait 8x as long for a comparable product.

im gonna email loooper too to see if hes back, that would make this easier.

Here is another company you could look into,...albeit I know little about the company aside from they are pricey.

I was looking at the Analogman website, and they have looper/switcher pedals too!

I'm going to find out how long their work time is.

BTW: Day one: no reply from Loooper.

I'd probably go with Road Rage. Their products seem really well made and are competitively priced. Here's a quote from their Purchase and Shipping page:
Quote:
We will have your order built and ready to ship within 2 weeks of receiving payment unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.

A basic looper (one loop) will need 4 mono jacks and a 3PDT switch. There are a gazillion other options that you can add on to it from there.

Dave, from Looopers, replied to my e-mail. He is back in business, but currently on a limited basis. I'm assuming it would be best to contact him before ordering anything.
