| Well I just bought one of these here in the classifieds but it hasn't come yet. There are plenty on great reviews on it and its what my band leader recommened to me.
Overall, it looks like a solid beginner/intermediate alternative to individual pedals; a decent multi effects unit.
Of course I won't know till I get it...
Mine was $85 but I don't think it comes with the AC adapter.
