Contacting Barge Concepts seems impossible

Hi,

I have been sending 5 or 6 emails (to the adress onthe website) over several months to Barge Concepts about a custom VFB. But no reply at all.

Is there another possibilty to contact them?

lately Geoff is having some personal matters to attend to. that's what he said to me. there was even some mix up, they sent me a stock VFB instead of my custom VFB. so my cutom VFB arrived today after a long wait. and i will have to send the stock back to him. i emailed him few days ago but no reply. usually he replies very quick when you need to order, but like i said, personal matters do interfere with the job right now. just keep trying.

I've recently emailed with Geoff with no issues- did a few months ago as well. Maybe your current address was accidentally blocked?

Glad you got through.

I just bought a VBjr.

The transaction went smoothly, the VBjr. is great, and I had no problem contacting Geoff.

I can't wait for the MB-1...

I already own a VBF and now I ordered 2 VBjrs instead of a single custom VFB.
They should arrive in a few days.

how long do you have to wait for the VB-Jr?

I ordered mine the 15th (during that introductory phase) and I still do not have mine, nor any email saying its been shipped. I email Geoff a few days ago (from the same email address that he has previously replied to) and he hasnt replied yet. I am kind of getting a little miffed as its been almost 2 full weeks and I have no response of anything other than the fact that my paypal successfully went to him.....

Well, I paid for mine on February 19.
Geoff said that turnaround time for a standard VBJr was 10 business days. As I have ordered a standard one and a one with the phase reversal option, plus living in Europe, I guess this takes more time. So I can't comment on delivery time yet.

Yeah I just got an email back from him, and everythings all good. Just wanted to state that I wasnt getting extremely mad or anything, just concerned because I wasnt aware of the 10 business day turnaround. So hopefully it should be here this week
