huh i checked again and they took the vid down...rats...oh well, it was a pretty cool video--quite a lot of versatility! (although for 600 bucks, it had better be!)

I can't view the Youtube vid, or see it on the createdigitalmusic website either.

I did find the MatrixSynth audio demo's though -

Not sure if want. You don't know what the beats sounded like dry so it's not a good reference.

That's pretty cool, wish there was some actual instrumentation, though. That is helpful for finding some sick sounds, I'd just love to hear what it does to a guitar or bass signal. Thanks for posting that!

The press release in June(?) said September, I think. The price will be $559, with a suggested retail price of $599.

(I love reading your posts, because I always picture Patrick Bateman saying them, and when it's something silly, it's always good for a laugh or two!)

Don't just read them, eat it.

Also, that's a tad too rich for my blood. Love the way Moogerfoogers sound but between their price and bypass issues I'm always wary of purchasing one.

Haha! Probably one of my favorite lines, always catches someone off guard if they haven't seen it. It is definitely expensive, but also limited edition. I may save for it and treat myself, but then I'd be done on pedals for a loooong time. I keep reading about the bypass issues, but have yet to encounter any with my Bass MuRF. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to return some video tapes.

It is expensive, yes.
I can't think of another patchable analogue device that will do some of the madness that this seems to be capable of.

The MoogerFoogers are all super bad ass because of all the CV ins and outs, and their inter-connectivity and usefulness with synthesizers. As bass guitar fx pedals, there are just too many problems like price tag, and size, which make them less than ideal.

Holy crap!!! I really liked the square chorus. But Jeebus on toast 600 bucks??? I know Moog stuff is all expensive and I there is a lot to them but that is just a silly, silly price to me. You can get a pretty nice head for 600 bucks same goes for cabs. Doesn't mean I don't want one but dang.

think the reason they are so expensive is that the chip in them is hard to come by, like they said in the video
