It's been up since the beginning of the year, so some of y'all may have seen this already... But as someone who hasn't yet gotten try out different octave pedals firsthand (and so have really only been able to go on what I've read on here), I thought this
video did a pretty good job showcasing a little of what the OC-2, Micro POG, and OctaBass can do... and the differences between them. So for those of you who've tried 'em (and/or any others... notably, the Foxrox Octron, Mutron Octave Divider, Ampeg Sub-Blaster, or MXR's octavers), what do you think? Does it do a good job of showing each unit's "character?" I'd ask how some of the others compare to the sounds heard in the video, but that's been discussed plenty of times before (just not necessarily in the context of comparing them to this video... but to the three pedals represented in it nonetheless). Anyway, I just thought it was a pretty well done video (particularly in looping the same line over and over... really let you hear the differences in how each pedal handled the same signal going into it) and thought I'd share it...
