Looks more like the Epiphone E.

Very cool idea. Guttermouth makes some small lights, but utilizing old tubes. Might be worth a look to see if that's something interesting.

Very cool.

Mixer lights usually operate a 12V, it might be necessary change the light bulb to make it work at 9V.

I was thinking of doing something like this and using the 12v out option on the power supply I have.

It was home made using a Boss pedals' enclosure.

It is actually very easy to build.
