Here's a quick video of the prototype, the sequencer knobs need some fine tune (i'll be swapping with smaller values since the proper range is in 35% of the sweep of the actual value) and readjust the lfo a bit so it can more faster. Also consider i'm not a bass player and it was with a guitar amp, it was a quick tease so i can have a bit of leverage and you dont think it is vaporware (i have like 2 years trying to do a dubstep inspired pedal. i didnt do much with the blend due my amp speaker was rattling and i used the cam mic.
The concept it was a simple pedal with lots of knobs to get the wob/wob, kinda an all in one for those who want some but arent interested in building a rig just to get those tones, so the dubscope is a gated fuzz (gate) + filter (vol, aux and range) + triangle lfo and 4 step sequencer (I, II, III and IV) and blend (adds over the fuzz tone the input signal), there's a bypass switch and tap switch (to tap tempo the rate of the sequencer). You can sorta bypass the modulation of the filter, lowering the range and increasing the aux, for a filtered fuzz tone, for versatility so you can use it on your pedalboard.

Anyways, I will repeat myself then.
This sounds ******* awesome!

I am not disappoint. |

I am not disappoint. | Adam started a thread about it this morning that I replied to. I assume it must have violated the CUP and got deleted. At any rate, I'm glad you started this one, because this looks like a hell of a pedal. |

I would really love to hear a full recording of this pedal now

But in the video while it sounds interesting, it sounds like fuzz into a bandpass autowah to me. You could probably get a similar effect in the BOSS GT-6B or GT-10B with an autowah and a couple assigns to control the rate and frequency. Not very thick or low passed or dubstep sounding in my opinion. But in this specific video it could be the signal being fed (or not fed). With my scathing review of the sound, the awesomeness of the pedal is in the modulation rate response to your pitch (or however its working). That part is totally badass. |

I do have to say while I really like the idea and I think this will pan out nicely,...I'm not sure it's an end all to the dubstep equation. I can't comment on what's missing,...but true dubstep sound has so much sub freq to it that I think it's for synths only,...unless you are running a powerful rig nearing PA status. |
