Could use some help with building modular synth tones

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey folks - I'm relatively new to bass pedals. Basically I'm looking to cop the "Chameleon"/Stevie Wonder synth tone, or at least approximate it. Budget is a little tight, and since I already have an envelope filter and an overdrive pedal, I was wondering which octave I should take a look it to complete the setup.

Overdrive pedal is a BBE green screamer, which I would run into an octave pedal, into the EHX micro q-tron filter I currently have. I've been looking into octave pedals, and am wondering if I need analog over digital? Like would the EHX octave multiplexer work well, considering it's analog?

Thanks.
