Cry Baby

I had the bass Cry Baby and didn't like it. In particular I didn't like the auto off feature.

I've read a lot to suggest that a basic Cry Baby will accentuate the treble and deminish the bass when used with a bass guitar. Can this loss of the low end be overcome by boosting the bass? I have an active bass with separate treble, mid-range and bass controls.

there are three small knobs underneath the metal bottom of the cry baby, you have to adjust all of those to your taste. one is auto off delay, the other two are treble and bass.
