How would those sound together? My parents told me to start making my wishlist, and I don't have any pedals, soo... My birthday is also the day after christmas. Any better suggestions for pedals? I play mostly jazzy-funky-psychadelic-rock-fusion-jam band stuff, with two guitarists.

A little off topic...
How does your B Day being the day after Xmas help out in the gift department? I can see it being awesome and/or kinda bad.
anyways...
I really like the 105Q. I feel that it kicks butt with some overdrive as well. Which I could see be kinda cool in your band situation. CEB-3 O don't know a thing about. Sorry there.

I think the 105Q would definitely fit your needs

Well, I wouldn't normally run the 105Q and the CEB-3 at the same time because I feel that it makes the sound too complex for most band situations, but with them both I can get a jazzy, spacey sound. Might be cool for how you described your music.

I am personally fond of using a wah and a chorus at the same time, they create a very special feeling and atmosphere... even if it's not so easy to incorporate in a band context. Very smooth, crystal-like and sweet sounds.

Would be nice for psychedelic songs and scary intros

Thanks, sounds like I made a good choice. I was thinking about that Bootsy Collins signature wah+fuzz, but there were a lot of bad reviews and that'd just be lame anyways.
selfblessed, what would be a better place for a thread like this?

edit:
Sorry, almost forgot.. The birthday timing is actually good, cause family/relatives who are visiting for Christmas are also there for my birthday and get me birthday presents, too.

Glad to hear it works out.

Seriously though...I would say that you are starting down a good path. Almost any effect could help you out. It is just a matter of using them tastefully.
Good luck.

I have a 105Q. Great sounding pedal. I prefer the CE-5 Chorus Ensemble to the CEB-3.
