custom pedal builders

i mean like a person/shop that you can send what you want..say a diagram of a rat and say you want more low end and they would quote the price and do it.

does something like this exist ?..i'm looking for europe

i am right now..thats where the example came from.

but i have diagrams of pedals +some ideas and don't have the skills tools and pieces to build them (esp pcb) and that's why i was wondering

You can get pcbs or kits from generalguitargadgets and do the rest yourself if you feel up to it.

we have musikding in germany..but i was asking about custom builders..

But musikding don't do rat pcbs.

Have you tried asking on the musikding message board. I'd say you'd get someone one there local to you.
