Cool! Are you using both? Or kept just one after trying them out?

Regards,
Doug.

Using both, Doug. The B7K is my "always on"-pedal; clean punch. The B3K is my main OD. It does get noisy, but I have the ISP Decimator near the end of the chain.

That sounds pretty badass!
Is not surprising that two Overdrives back to back can get noisy. How's the ISP working for you? I haven't tested them yet but everyone raves about them!

The ISP is the only gate I've ever tried so I can't compare it to anything else. But it gets the job done

I've just purchased B3K from Darkglasselectronics.com web-store The best bass OD I've ever heard. Hopefully it will marry my active USA Spector

Cool, I'll get one! My Lakland gets very noisy whenever I'm using only one pickup.

Yeah I know BTW are these pedals shipped from Finland? If yes it's better for me because I'm in Moscow so it's closer) But anyway I was told that it will take 45 days from actual purchase date to delivery date. I guess it's because the pedals are produced in USA and then shipped to Finland, am I right?

Thanks
Anton

The decimator is fantastic, best gate in my experience. Although I recommend getting the rack mount version, you get a little more control over it. The stompbox version is awesome but it is one knob, which easily gets bumped especially when moving from gig to gig. I have used it more with guitar though than bass.

I still love my B3k by the way, gets me all kinds of compliments. I know a few other folks who are now saving their pennies to get one too. I am really debating a B7k more and more each day... GAS I guess.

Hi Anton;
Yeah, the pedals ship from the US.
The process is more likely to be a lot shorter than that though.
I believe the next batch is scheduled for the 26 of November, after that give or take couple of weeks for shipping .

Thanks, it makes sense to get the rack version!

Doug.

Just ordered a B7K! Very excited to use this on a tricky session I've been working on!

For live purposes, does anyone know if it will drive a power amp?

Edit: yes it will awesome

The B7K is amazing. And it so awesome to see the builder communicating so freely with the users of their product. Just the fact that you cared to ask my thoughts puts guys like darkglass on the top tier IMO. Not to mention the top notch build quality, versatility, and TONE!

I had been searching for a sound to complete a session and a few minutes after I plugged it in, the search was over. I got to work last night and it felt good. I really like the idea of the parallel out. I'll be using it for studio and live with a stereo power amp, so the separate clean output is essential. My first show with it is tonight with a rock cover band, so I'm excited to see how it performs. So far, I am in love with my new sound from the B7K.

I just ordered a B7K and can't wait for it to get here! I'm gonna pair it with my Dingwall Super J4 and probably have to change pants because of the sweet, nasty tone. Super excited!!

Uh that's one nasty combo! Nolly from Periphery rocks it that way and his spun is scary and seismic!
I tried and met mr Dingwall in London a few months ago, awesome guy and his basses, holy ****!
