I'm really tempted to buy a DC Brick, but I'm curious whether one of the outputs one the front would be enough to power the T-rex Sweeper. I read that it delivers upto 375mA's, would mean that it is 375mA devided by 7 for each output?

The ideal is the reverse: as small as a daisy chain, with isolated outlets as in the better brick-style supplies.
Since the ideal doesn't exist yet, you need to decide whether small size or isolated outlets are more important to you, and pick accordingly. |

Hopefully, all of your effects use the same voltage but if you make up your own jumpers, polarity doesn't matter. If you get one that puts out 375mA and you have 7 effects, it'll never be able to provide full voltage when they're on. |

The only real sticking point has been the wireless. I have a Line6 G50. I also will be running a fx loop/bypass pedal, Tech21 Sansamp BD DI, Boss CE-5, and MXR Carbon Copy.
I definitely want a nicer power supply. I know I hear good things about the One Spots, etc, but I kinda want an isolated sorta deal.
I guess my wireless requires a good amount of mA to function properly. Is there anything besides the VL PP2+ that can handle what I'm looking for?
I'm just trying to see if I have any other options.

If the DC brick can't work with my wireless, I will just go with a VLPP2+
