DD-7....

.... meh on guitar, great on bass.

I always found DD-7 too metallic especially in its digital and modulation modes when using/hearing it with el.guitar but I somehow like this "fake" attribute with a bass. It gives it a kind of sythy sound in small delay times and relatively small feedback value which it's nice using it this way (not only as delay). Do you people like your DD-7, and sometimes use it for modulation too?

Love my DD-7! And I agree my guitarist uses it sometimes and it's too digital. Somehow on bass it sounds better esp the DM-2 mode. I use that as well as the modulate mode.

One of our 2 guitarists uses one as well and I'm with you guys on the metallic issue.

How does the looper fare ? I'm gathering it's simpler to use than the RC-3, although its recording time is only 40 seconds , right ?
