I need a delay with trailing repeats after I turn it off.

That's probably where I'll go (eventually). That Seymour Duncan is pretty large compared to a DD-3/DD-7 (and probably much more expensive).

well sure... but did you hear the "tape delay" effect at the begging of that clip?

Subdecay Echobox times a million. You can switch between a buffered bypass that trails delays of, or a true bypass with no trails. It also has the best digital delay sound of anything I've tried. It doesn't have as many features as say the bigger delays, but its basic delay sound is amazing, the modulation is brilliant and the buffer actually acts to improve my tone even when it's off (just pop it last in the chain)

Yep, sounds good to me. But I have a real tape delay.

I'll keep that in mind. Delay is really low on GAS list right now since I already have analog, digital and tape delays. All three lack the trailing effect. But I'm setup for bi-amp/stereo right now so it's not a huge deal with a volume pedal.

On the topic of the Seymour Duncan. The main draw back is it looks ugly!
