Check over on Devi’s board,

http://www.deviever.com/fx/forum/viewforum.php?f=59

Opivy3056 uses one with bass, also Soul power may be able to answer your question.

Also email Devi, Devi@deviever.com

I really love this pedal. And I have a lot of trouble telling whether or not it loses bottom, or if its just bursting with low mids.

Its a really buzzy fuzz. Buzzy in a good way though. It smoothes out nicely and cuts through VERY well while still giving that "wall" of sound effect.

Some guitar players have had trouble getting sounds out of it without a boost in front of it. I can get plenty of sounds with my passive jazz (especially at higher Control settings) but if you put another gain pedal before it, it opens up a lot more possibilities. I put my Devi Ever Spectacular SM and Year of the Rat before it. I can get broken video game sounds and some really synthy stuff too.

Its really tempermental with buffered pedals before it. Changes the tone considerably. I had it at the very end of my signal chain for a while, and I swear it sounded more like an overdrive then a fuzz. (thats with 3-4 buffered pedals before it). The OK is devinately (hah) an experimentalist's pedal.
