Deville Dark Echo?

I did a search on this pedal, and found a thread where gnasher1993 asked whether anyone had tried it with bass... but he got no responses.

So, 9 months on from that thread, has anyone tried this pedal with bass? I'm thinking based on the guitar samples I've heard that it could be wicked cool for soloing (fretless especially) or ambient bits... but of course it could be a bass frequency killer.

If anyone's played with it, I'd love to hear your opinions!
