Stereo is typically for two amp channels or two mixer channels. Your rig is mono, one channel, so you would not generally benefit from a two-channel compressor. Some people do run the two channels in series, with one channel for light squeeze and the other for peak limiting, but that is an advanced technique. Most people will make their sound
