Digitech Bass Synth Wah not working?

Sign in to disble this ad
I got one of these literally this afternoon and now it wont function. I used it for probably about 3 hours, and the battery died during rehersal, no big deal, I just plugged the power cable in (the battery was dead, so I don't think there's a way I could have fried it). It worked fine for the rest of rehersal. I get home, change the battery and...NOTHING. No light or anything else. No noise through amp either except a faint hiss. I then plug in the 9V adapter and the red LED light comes on...but still no sound, and and if I press the pedal the light stays on and still no sound. I need this thing for a show in 3 days, so what exactly is going on with it??

It also doesn't recognize the fact I plug a cable into the input, whether I have the 9v or just the battery in.

Nope, brand new from musiciansfriend, which of course is conveniently known for customer service.
