I went to a band-mates house and when I went to tune my bass off of the BP200s tuner it would not give me the correct notes instead of E I got G minor and so on, every string seem to be off, earlier in the day the tuner had worked as it should but after unplugging it and taking it over to my band-mates house something went very wrong. I am hoping someone can help to figure out how to fix this problem

Buying a tuner pedal would be a much better solution. some tuners in mulit-effects processors aren't really that accurate.

With my Digitech BP355, the manual suggested that you play harmonics off of the 12th fret... In my opinion, the tuner works a little better, but I don't use it ever.

Download the manual. There's a re-set you can do that might help.
