Is the Digitech BP355 worth it?

I plan on purchasing the BP90, but I've been hearing good about the BP355. Is it worth paying an extra $100 (or maybe $50 if I buy used) for? Are there any notable features in it that the BP90 wouldn't have?

For recording, yes...it's really worth it. it's got a large variety of effects, amp and cab models. you can create a lot of awesome sounds with this multi-effects processor. I have recorded sound samples of the digitech bp355 on my soundclick website. here's the link.
