Digitech Jimi Pedal not working

Hey the last time I plugged my jimi pedal the red light flshed red then I wasn't able to get any sound out of it. It wasnt any of the cables and there was a hiss from the amp. Any tips what might be wrong

I have no idea, but have you changed the battery or checked the power supply
